This pair of instruments represents the transition from the traditional trumpet to an instrument 20 years ahead of its time: the Master model.
Until then, cutting a bell was considered totally counterproductive for the projection of sound, but Stomvi showed that it was the opposite, opening up new paths, sonorities and textures.
